Panama City – development of two islands featuring a variety of unique home sites for luxury villas

Parcel Ocean Reef will be the first urban man made Islands in Latin America. A private residential community of 138 home sites to be built in the Gulf of cosmopolitan Panama City, Republic of Panama. The Land Reclamation development consists of two islands. Building With home sites ranging from 800sq.m (8611sq.ft) to more than 1800sq.m (19376sqft); the West Island includes 72 home sites and the East 66, for a total of 138 home sites. The development offers residential home sites in the first phase and luxurious single family homes and Garden Apartments (low rise buildings-3 levels) in the second phase. Design guidelines allows up to two families per home site and up to 3 levels in height and a basement.
